The Tower has a mixture of ensuite Single, Double and Twin accommodation with the addition of family suites all of which have been refurbished this year.Each room has been uniquely refurbished to the highest standard while retaining its ambience and character. All rooms include tea/coffee making facilities, and many have spectacular views onto the grounds.
Our Bed & Breakfast package , includes Full Scottish breakfast, Complimentary Bus to and from Edinburgh City Centre, morning and afternoon to help you enjoy the festival without the stress of transport.

Our monarch rooms are located on the first and second floors of the mansion house.All rooms are unique and command a magnificent view acroos the 35 acres of parkland that belong to the Carberry estate.Decorated to the highest standard,all rooms offer luxury ensuite facilitiesw,including walk in showers. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided.A lift is available to all floors within the mansion house.
Mary's Suite
This spacious luxury suite has great historical character with charming architectural features. Taking a few steps up to the sitting room, the views from all windows in this suite command magnificent sweeping views over the parkland.
Queen's Suite
With its own sitting room, has wonderful views over the estate from all windows.It contains a his and her ensuite bathroom with double bathtub and walk in shower.
Stuart Suite
Luxury suite located on the 1st floor of the mansion house, with its own sitting room and magnificent views of the parkland.
Turret Rooms
Located on the top floor of the mansion house, all rooms are unique with great character, offering glimpses from the windows of Carberry Tower's charming architectural features with views acroos the estate. the rooms are decorated to a very high standard with luxury ensuite facilities, including a walk in shower.
All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and a lift is now available to all floors in the main house.
