At Carberry Tower fine dining and luxurious accommodation go hand in hand.
Our selection of seasonal menus, designed by head chef Gary Leishman are each inspired by the finest produce, all sourced locally from local farms and markets.
We only use 28 day matured Scotch beef and source our fresh lamb and pork from Ayrshire. Our fresh fish including trout is sourced from Dunbar whilst our shellfish including Lobster are delivered fresh from North Berwick.
In season you can always be assured of fresh game and venison, provided from the Carberry Tower Estate, just through the woods to the rear of the hotel. Take a look below at our sample menus.
