Monarch Rooms
Our monarch rooms are located on the first and second floors of the mansion house.All rooms are unique and command a magnificent view across the 35 acres of parkland that belong to the Carberry estate.Decorated to the highest standard,all rooms offer luxury ensuite facilities,including walk in showers. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided.A lift is available to all floors within the mansion house

Mary's Suite
This spacious luxury suite has great historical character with charming architectural features. Taking a few steps up to the sitting room, the views from all windows in this suite command magnificent sweeping views over the parkland.
Queen's Suite
With its own sitting room, has wonderful views over the estate from all windows.It contains a his and her ensuite bathroom with double bathtub and walk in shower.
Stuart Suite
Luxury suite located on the 1st floor of the mansion house, with its own sitting room and magnificent views of the parkland.
Turret Rooms


All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and a lift is now available to all floors in the main house.
Friends and Guild House
The other modern buildings, Guild House and the Friends House, were both built in the last 20 years and provide ideal accommodation for short breaks. These houses are just a 2 minute walk from the mansion house. Friends house sleeps a total of 28 people in a variety of singles, twins and double rooms. The guild house sleeps 17 people, mainly in single rooms, however there are a couple twin rooms.
These houses are fully en-suited, with tea and coffee facilities, a shared kitchenette and disabled access.
Contained within the Mansion House is a guest library, sitting room and five other public rooms. Much of the interior is similar to how the house would have been when it was the private residence of the Elphinstone Family; with a wealth of wood panelling and beautiful stained glass windows off the grand main staircase, creating a truly historic atmosphere.
