Dining Room Supervisor

You will be  responsible for the day to day operation of the dining room and managing the dining room team.You will liase with the chef and ensure mealtimes are enjoyable for all guests. Candidates must have previous experience and team leadership skills. Health and Hygeine Certificate and HACCP would be preferred but not essential as training will be given. This job is full time and includes some evenings and weekend work.


Dining Room Assistant

You will support the Dining Room Supervisor in the day to day operations of the dining room,ensuring meals are served promptly and courteously. Training will be given.This job is full time and includes some evening and weekend work.


Breakfast Chef

Working closely with the kitchen team, you will prepare and cook breakfast for our guests,maintaining high standards of food safety,health and hygiene.Food Hygiene and HACCP qualifications are an advantage but not essential as training will be given. Previous experience is essential. this job is from 7am-10am 5 days a week including some weekend work.

Kitchen Porter

To assist the chef in the kitchen in all tasks including the preparation of food and the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. This is a full time post which includes a late shift and working some weekends.

Housekeeping Assistants

To assist the Head Housekeeper in maintaining the upkeep of the Conference Centre to high standards and adding a sparkle to our guests bedrooms. This is a full time job which includes working some weekends.

Hospitality/Reservations Clerk

Required to welcome and assist guests including registering and showing guests to their room,assisting them with any enquiries and conducting welcome talks. You must be computer literate as you will be required to take bookings and assist with various administrative duties. Customer service skills are a must.This is a full time post which includes some late shifts and weekend work.

Night Watch Person

You will be required to lock up and be on call for guests during the night.Duties will also include setting up rooms and carrying out some light housekeeping duties. Hours are from 10pm to 8am, working 3 or 4 nights a week(alternative weeks) and includes working a Saturday or Sunday.
